Ingredients

  • 3 lbs of headless shrimp
  • 6 Tblsp of Bread Crumbs
  • 3 Tblsp of Italian Cheese
  • 3 Tblsp of Italian Seasoning
  • 6 Drops of Tabasco Sauce
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 1-1/2 Stick of Butter
  • Garlic Salt or Salt Accent
  • 3/4 Cup of Water

Preparation

Step 1

Place shrimp in baking pan; salt and pepper.
Distribute Italian seasoning over shrimp; mix thoroughly and rearrange shrimp in pan.
sprinkle Accent, lemon juice, Tabasco, & garlic salt over shrimp.
sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheese over shrimp.
cut butter in slices and place over shrimp.
Pour 3/4 cup of water in corner of baking pan - DO NOT PUT WATER OVER SHRIMP.
Cover baking pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degrees.
If shrimp are extra large, bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.

Foy's Notes:
Do not forget to add water
Absolutely d not overcook
Add sprinkle of Red Pepper & double Tabasco, or add to taste.
Additional lemon juice will RUIN the shrimp.
