- 1 TBSP OIL
- 4 CHICKEN BREAST UT INTO CUBES
- 4 TSP CHILI POWDER
- 2 TSP CUMIN
- 1 LG ONION - CHOPPED
- 1 GREEN PEPPER - CHOPPED
- 10 3/4 OZ CREAM CHICKEN SOUP
- 3/4 CUP WATER
- 1 1/2 CUPS WHOLE KERNAL CORN
- 2 15 OZ CANS WHITE KIDNEY BEANS
- 2 TBSP SHREDDED CHEDDAR
Preparation
Step 1
HEAT OIL - ADD CHICKEN,CHILI POWDER, CUMIN,AND ONION ABD PEPPER COOK TIL MEAT IS COOKED THROUGH AND VEGS ARE TENDER -
STIR IN SOUP , WATER, CORN AND BEANS - HEAT TO BOIL - REDUCE HEAT - COVER AND COOK 5 MINS.
