Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dry onion flakes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoons beef bouillon
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well to blend. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
2 Tablespoon of the mix are equal to 1 package of taco seasoning and enough for 1 pound of fried ground beef.
Add 3/4 cup water for every 2 tablespoons.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Use the meat in tacos, or taco salad.
