Ingredients
- Chocolate crust:
- 1 ½ c. cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
- (about 18 cookies)
- ¼ c. butter
- Cheesecake batter:
- 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 T. flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 ½ c. chocolate chips melted and slightly cooled.

Step 1
In a bowl, combine crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of a greased springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and 1 c. sugar until smooth and creamy. Blend in eggs DO NOT OVERBEAT EGGS! Gradually pour in chocolate mixture beating on low speed until well blended. Add ½ c. sour cream, flour and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour on top of prepared crust.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degree for 50 minutes or until middle is just set. Turn oven off. Cool cheesecake in oven 1 hour without opening door!! Carefully run a knife around the edge of pan to loosen; cool completely.
