½ c. cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
(about 18 cookies)
¼ c. butter
(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
c. sour cream
½ c. chocolate chips melted and slightly cooled.
In a bowl, combine crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom of a greased springform pan. Beat cream cheese and 1 c. sugar until smooth and creamy. Blend in eggs DO NOT OVERBEAT EGGS! Gradually pour in chocolate mixture beating on low speed until well blended. Add ½ c. sour cream, flour and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour on top of prepared crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degree for 50 minutes or until middle is just set. Turn oven off. Cool cheesecake in oven 1 hour without opening door!! Carefully run a knife around the edge of pan to loosen; cool completely.
