Ingredients
- 1 - 8 1/2 oz. package cornbread muffin mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 8 oz., can cream-style corn
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, combine cornbread mix, egg, yogurt and blend well. Stir in corn and cheese.
Pour into greased 9" square dish.
Bake 400 for 18-20 minutes or until slightly brown.
