STRAWBERRY SURPRISE

From Peg's in-laws comes this dessert recipe that Randy's grandmother made and the Hartzells learned about it when Gloria, Peg's mother-in-law, made this for family gatherings. It soon became a favorite of all the Hartzells as well.

Ingredients

• Soak overnight in saucepan with enough water to cover:
• 1 box pearl tapioca
• Cook tapioca and water over medium heat until tapioca is very thick and clear. Cool.

Preparation

Step 1

Add:

2 small boxes frozen strawberries, thawed

Fold in:

1 1/2 - 2 c. sweetened whipping cream, whipped
