Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • Raw chicken Kiev chicken breasts from Schwan's
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed creamy chicken mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry or cognac

Preparation

Step 1

Bake Raw chicken kiev per package directions

Sauce:

In saucepan mix parsley with 2 tablespoons of butter.
Blend in soup, milk and sherry. Heat; stir occasionally. Serve with roll-ups. Serve on rice
