Step 1
Roll out a basic egg pasta dough into thin sheets, using a pasta machine; brush 1 sheet with cool water. Scatter some herbs over the sheet at regular intervals. Top with another sheet of dough and roll sandwiched sheets together through the pasta machine 2 times, until resulting sheet is almost transparent.
