  • 3 1/2 C. water
  • 2 C. long grain rice
  • 1 T. salt
  • 2 T. toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 C. white sesame seeds

Cooking time 17mins


Step 1

1) bring water to boil. add rice and salt. reduce heat to low, cover and simmer til rice is tender and water is absorbed, about 10 minutes.

2) remove from heat and let stand, covered, to finish cooking, about 5 minutes.

3) stir in oil and sesame seeds
