Caramel Sauce

Some uses:
1 tbsp. added to a cup of coffee
ice cream topping
dipping apples

Ingredients

• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 4 tbsp. butter
• pinch of sea salt
• 1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in pot, mix in brown sugar, cream and salt.

Cook over medium-low heat and whisk gently for about minutes or longer if the recipe is doubled.
