Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 3/4 lb small shrimp in shells
  • salt
  • paprika, preferably Spanish
  • 3 T. chicken bouillon base
  • 4 slices of garlic cloves
  • 1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T. minced parsley
  • ●Shell shrimp and sprinkle with salt and paprika.
  • ●Heat bouillon base, garlic and pepper flakes in a medium skillet.
  • ●When the garlic is just beginning to brown, add shrimp and cook while stirring about 1 minute until done and firm to touch.
  • ●Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
