- 1/2 ½ cup water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/4 ¼ cup green onion, diced
- 1/4 ¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 tbsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. agave syrup
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tsp. sesame, peanut or olive oil
- 2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
