Beef Tips and Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 # round steak
- Flour for dredging
- Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/3 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 16 oz. broad egg noodles

Step 1
Cut steak into bite-sized pieces. Place flour in large bowl, add meat and toss to coat with flour. Heat about 1/8-inch oil in heavy skillet. Add steak and brown over medium heat. Place steak in slowcooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Mix soup and water in skillet with drippings from the meat; pour over meat in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
Cooknoodles according to manufacturers directions; serve with meat mixture.
