Ingredients
- ¾ cup lightly packed brown sugar
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 1/3 cup butter
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 cups walnut halves
- 1 cup craisins
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- 5 ” Brie

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, corn syrup and butter in a pot on medium-high heat stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil gently for 2 minutes without stirring. (Turn off the heat) Remove from heat and whisk in baking soda. Stir in walnuts, craisins, hot pepper sauce and salt. Stir well and it will start to set. Place over brie. Serve at room temperature.
