Banana Bread with Pecans

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups ripe mashed bananas
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. With electric mixer beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt stirring well.
Add bananas and pecans stirring just until combined.
Spoon batter into pans. Bake 1 hour or until tester comes out clean in center. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes, remove from pans and allow to cool completely on racks.
