Directions:
Toss together all ingredients in an oven safe dish (10-inch baking pan or 8x8-inch dish). Place the bowl on the 1-inch rack. Cook on power level high for 9-11 minutes.
Tips:
You also can use long carrots. I cut on the bias thinnly. Only cook for 5-6 minutes for thin carrots.
