Ingredients
- Pollock [shaped and colored imitate shellfish]
- 1/3 cup Pollock
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red suite pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped sweet pickle
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- lettuce
- 2 small whole-wheat bread rolls
Preparation
Step 1
Shred or finely chop Pollock. In a bowl, mix Pollock, mayonnaise, red pepper, pickle, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Sandwich wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate up to six hours.
