ARTICHOKE APPETIZER

Janet first had this dip when friend and co-worker, Charlene Holly, made it for a senior managers' gathering.

Ingredients

• 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and cut in pieces
• 1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
• 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together and put in a small baking or casserole dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese to brown.
Serve with Triscuits.
