  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbls Worchestershire
  • 1/2 tsp Anchovy paste
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 Tbls Salad Oil
  • 1 egg, raw
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Large Head, Romaine, broken and dry
  • 1/2 cup plain croutons

Step 1

Combine salt, pepper and garlic in oversized wooden bowl. Rub against side of bowl with back of spoon. Add mustard, worchestershire sauce and anchovy paster to bowl. Mix together. Squeeze lemon into bowl. Add oil and egg. Stir well. Spinkle in about 2 Tblsp Parmesan Cheese. Add romaine and croutons. Toss, adding more cheese to taste. Top each individual serving with a little more parmesan and fresh black pepper.
