Bark/Finger Cookies

Ingredients

  • saltine crackers
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 2 stickes butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips
  • chopped walnuts-optional

Preparation

Step 1

cover cookie sheet with foil & spray with Pam or non stick spray.

then line sheet with saltine crackers
Melt butter, sugar & vanilla in saucepan.
Pour mixture over crackers and bake @ 350 for 10 mins.

Pour bag of milk choc chips on top of crackers immediately after removing from the oven. Continuously spread chocolate with a spoon. heat will melt it..top w/waltnut if desired.

Chill in fridge until set up.. remove from sheet by breaking into pieces.
