Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 C. sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 C. oil
- 1 C. packed brown sugar
- 1 T. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Icing: 2 C. powdered sugar, ¼ C. milk, 2 tsp. vanilla
Combine cake mix, sour cream, eggs and oil; beat well. Spread half of batter into a greased 9 x 13. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter. Carefully spread remaining batter on top. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Over warm cake, drizzle icing.
