Swedish Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 10 medium white potatoes
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mash potatoes, and add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Add plenty of milk to help set light and fluffy.
Turn into a well buttered casserole dish.
Bake 30 mins at 350°F.
Let stand 10 mins.
