Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate toffee bits
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking soda and salt. Beat until well mixed. Stir in toffee bits by hand.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.Cook 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
