Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 T sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c pecans
- 1 c cake flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cream buter. Add sugar and blend until creamy.
Add vanilla, nuts, and flour.
Roll dough into small balls.
Place on greased cookie sheet
Bake in slow oven 200 degrees for about 45 minutes
Roll puffs in powdered sugar while hot and again when cold.
