Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in half
- 1/4 C. flour
- 1/4 C. oil
- 1 md onion, sliced
- 1/2 C. chopped celery
- 2 T. worcestshire
- 1 C. ketchup
- 2 C. water
- 1/4 tsp each salt and paprika
Preparation
Step 1
1) roll chicken in flour. brown in oil in skillet; transfer to cooker.
2) saute onions and celery in skillet, also cooking til tender. add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. pour over chicken
3) cover; cook low 8 hours
