Ingredients
- Crust
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- Filling
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 lemon juice

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine crust ingredients. Cut margarine into dry ingredients until crumbly.
Press mixture into a parchment paper lined 13x9 pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, until crust is golden.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder, blend well.
Stir in lemon juice.
Simmer filling under low heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened
Pour mixture over warm crust. Return to 350 oven and bake 25-30 minutes and top is golden.
Cool and slice into squares.
Sprinkle top with icing sugar when cool.
