  • 1 tbsp.+ 1 tsp. Meringue Powder
  • 1/3 cup hot tap water
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 lb. icing sugar-less 1/3 cup



Step 1

Mix meringue powder and hot water until frothy but not
dry. Add cream of tartar and gradually add icing sugar.
Beat at medium speed for approximately 10 minutes.
Keep well cover at all times.
Make sure all utensils and bowls are grease free for
Royal Icing.
