Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 c Onion & Pepper Mix
  • ¾ c Couscous
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 ½ c Vegetable Broth
  • 2-½ tsp Oil
  • ½ c White Wine

Preparation

Step 1

In a Bowl mix minced garlic, lemon, salt, pepper and shrimp.
Make couscous; add pepper mix, butter and spices and broth.
Remove shrimp from marinade.
In fry pan use oil to cook shrimp 3 minutes.
Add wine.
Put couscous with shrimp on top.
