Ingredients
- Mix together:
- 4- 6 Chicken Breasts chopped
- 1 pkg of large flour tortillas
- ½ onion minced
- 1 small can of sliced black olives
- 1 small can of green chilies
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 2 can cream chicken soup
- 1 – 8 oz sour cream
- Mix well
- ** (Set aside a portion of this mixture to use on top.)
- Add:
- Chopped chicken
- 1 pkg Monterey Jack/Colby Jack cheese
- Mix well
- Roll tortillas with mixture and place in Pam sprayed baking dish.
- **(I usually put a little of the mixture set aside earlier in the bottom of the baking dish also)
- ** (Top tortillas with the remaining mixture you set aside earlier.)
- 1 pkg cheddar cheese over top of casserole

Cover and bake till bubbly Oven : 350 degrees
