Grilled sweet basil butter shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks of softened butter
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • juice and zest of one lemon
  • 2 tsp zatarains
  • 2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 bag of shrimp, peeled leaving tails
  • Juice of one more lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter and seasonings together into a blender until basil is finely chopped

Drag peeled shrimp through the butter seasoning and put onto a fish rack for the grill. Grill on medium high for two or three minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and starting to get grill marks.

Mix lemon juice with the remaining butter. Brush onto shrimp and serve.
