Ingredients
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 large apple, sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
- Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Place the cabbage in a large bowl. Add the grapes, apples, and pecans.
In a small cup, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, and pepper. Add to the salad and toss.
