Ingredients
- 10 lb. icing sugar
- 8 oz. honey
- ½ oz. salt
- Vanilla to taste
- 2 lbs. plus 4 oz. water
- ¾ oz. gelatine
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the water and gelatine until the mixture reaches 160 degrees. Mix water and the other ingredients, mixing until smooth. Dip items while the glaze is still hot.
