Ribbed Roast - Premium Cut

  • 3 # premium rib cut roast
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Oven prepared to 325 to 350 degrees.

1. Salt and Pepper roast.
2. Brown all 4 sides of roast in medium hot oil on stove top.
3. Place un-covered in shallow roasting pan, on a rack.
4. Use a meat thermometer and cook beef to medium @ 70 C or 160 F.
