Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 pound Gargonzola
- Salt, Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Over medium head, melt butter and saute shallots until tender.
Add in the cream and let it reduce by half.
Reduce heat to low and add in the Gargonzola, stirring continuously until melted.
Add salt, pepper to taste.
Serve warm over chicken or beef.
