Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. lime jello
- 1 small pkg. lemon jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- grated cabbage
- grated carrot
- thinly sliced celery
- 2 Tbs. vinegar
- 2 Tbs. granulated sugar
- 1 c. cold water
Preparation
Step 1
Add the boiling water to both packages of jello and stir until jello is dissolved. Put the grated vegetables in the bottom of a medium size rectangular pan.
To the jello add the vinegar and sugar; then add 1 c. cold water to the jello and pour over the vegetables. Refrigerate.
