Ingredients
- 1 cup left over mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1 /2 c. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 c. milk or more
Preparation
Step 1
Mix potatoes and eggs. Add flour, baking powder and salt (sifted together) alternately with milk. Fry brown on both sides in skillet with crisco. Brush with melted butter and roll.
