Almond Royal Cookies

Ingredients

• 4 cubes butter, softened
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 cups dark brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 6 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 lb. See's Almond Royals

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the ingredients except the almond royals.
Roll dough into balls and bake at 350 for 8 to 10
minutes.
While cookies are still warm, push 1/2 of an almond
royal on top of each cookie.
Optional: cut up almond royals and add to the
cookie dough. Drop dough by teaspoon onto cookie
sheet and bake.
