Ingredients
- 2 lb beef stew
- 2 T oil
- 1 cup onion
- ½ cup pepper
- 1 large clove garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cup beef broth
- 1 8 oz can tomatoes – cut up
- 1 can (4 oz) mushrooms – drained
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in oil. Place all ingredients into slow cooker for 4 to 6 hours on high
To finish: blend ¼ cup cold water & 3 T cornstarch
Stir into stew and cook until thickened.
