Ingredients
- 1 loaf white bread
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 8 0z. cream cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- ½ tsp dried dillweed
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Using round cookie cutter, make four 1-1/2 inch circles from each slice of bread. Spread one side with butter, placing on baking sheet; broil, turning once, until lightly toasted on both sides. In small bowl, combine remaining butter, cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions and dillweed until smoothly blended. Spread about 1 tsp on buttered side of rounds. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place, cheese side up on baking sheet. (May be frozen at this point in a single layer, then packed in airtight containers. No need to thaw before broiling.) Broil 4 inches from heat 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
