Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (4oz) French's Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag.

Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.

Bake at 400* for 20 minutes until no longer pink in center.

Tips: For a sweet and tangy taste, substitute 1/4 cup FRENCH’S Honey Mustard for the egg when coating the chicken with the onion crumbs.
