Ingredients
- 6 bagsPC Chocolatey Chai Herbal Tea
- PC Sugar, Chocolate & Cinnamon Blend Grinder
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)35% whipping cream
- 2 tbsp (25 mL)granulated sugar
- 2 cups (500 mL)water
- 2 cups (500 mL)2% milk
Preparation
Step 1
In bowl and using electric mixer, beat cream until frothy. Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the sugar; beat until soft peaks form. Set aside.
In saucepan heat water and milk over medium heat until steaming; add remaining 1 tbsp (15 mL) sugar and stir until dissolved. Add tea bags. Remove pan from heat, cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
Discard tea bags. Divide tea among four latte cups. Place a dollop of whipped cream over tea. Grind a little grinder over each.
