Beef Tenderloin Cocktail Sandwiches with Flavored Butters
Spread the different butters on different sandwiches or serve the butters in small bowls beside the baguettes and guests can make their own.

Ingredients
- optional additional fillings:
- 3 baguettes, about 14 inches long
- 3 flavored butters- see sauces/condiments cook book
- 1 Oven Roasted Fillet of Beef or sliced roast beef
- caramelized onions
- Fig jam
- mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Spread a flavored butter on both cut sides of each baguette and arrange thin slices of beef on one half before putting the sandwich together.
Use a serrated knife to slice each baguette into about 12 mini sandwiches.
