Ingredients
- 1 Gallon Filtered Water
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 4-6 Tea Bags
- 1 Scoby
- 1 Cup Starter Tea

Preparation
Step 1
Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Steep tea bags for 15 minutes. Add sugar & wait for it to come to room temp. Pour into gallon jar & add starter tea & fill the rest of the way with water. Add scoby on top & cover with cheesecloth. Let sit for 5-20 days.
