Ingredients
- Salmon
- fresh spinach
- coconut milk
- mayo
- cajun spices
- garlic salt
- onions
- Rice
Preparation
Step 1
drizzle olive oil, season with salt & pepper
Bake in 350 oven
Saute onions, add spinach
mix coconut milk, cajun spices & some mayo
Add coconut milk mixture to spinach
Plate rice, then coconut milk/spinach & top with salmon
