Five Hour Baked Stew

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs lean boneless chick cut in 2" chunks
  • 6 carrots chopped
  • 1 c celery
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 T tapioca ?
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c sherry wine or red wine
  • pinch of thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in casserole with tight cover. Bake 350 - 5 hours or longer. Serve over noodles.
