Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
- 1 cup of pecan halves
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of corn syrup (or maple syrup)
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare pastry.
2. Spread pecans in shell.
3. Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup and melted butter and beat 1 minute.
4. Pour over pecans and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
5. Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
