Ingredients
- Orange glaze:
- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) Krusteaz wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. orange zest, finely grated
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp. orange juice

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350*. Lightly spray a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2- inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Drain blueberries. Rince in cold water and set aside. Combine water, oil, eggs and muffin mix in medium bowl. Stir until moistened. Gently fold in drained blueberries and orange zest. Place batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake 44 to 49 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
To make orange glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth. Drizzle cooled bread with orange glaze, if desired. Refrigerate any leftovers. Makes 10 slices, 3/4 inch each
