Sausage Biscuits

Ingredients

• 1 pound hot sausage
• 1 pound sharp shredded cheddar cheese
• 3 cups Bisquick
• Cayenne pepper or tabasco sause (opional)

Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 400

MIX together sausage, cheese, and Bisquick. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.

BAKE at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until brown. These may be frozen after baking before and after.
