Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup fat free yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dill
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1


Clean cucumber. Dice into 1/2-inch pieces and set aside (tip - place in a strainer to allow extra water to drain).

In a medium bowl, add yogurt, lemon juice, salt, dill and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.

Toss cucumbers in dressing. Add black pepper to taste. Enjoy!
